As a development secretary, you will:

  • Lead and coordinate development efforts within the organization and drive processes forward.
  • Conduct follow-ups and analyses of both qualitative and quantitative results as a basis for organizational development.
  • Participate in project and investigation work and contribute to ongoing development initiatives together with colleagues.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders focusing on development, analysis, and knowledge sharing.
  • Stay updated on the external environment and contribute new insights that strengthen the organization.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

  • A bachelor's degree (180 credits) in a relevant field, such as education science, behavioral science, or social science.
  • At least two years of experience in strategic development work and process management.
  • Documented experience of change processes in collaboration, with expertise in methodology and approach.
  • Excellent proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience from the education sector or public sector, including follow-up, investigation, quality review, and analysis work.
  • A genuine commitment to school development and social sustainability, with the ability to highlight issues from different perspectives.

To succeed in this role, you need to be analytical, pedagogical, proactive, collaborative, and structured. You have an easy time explaining complex issues in an engaging way, driving processes forward, and achieving results together with others. High digital competence and experience with relevant system support are also important.
